North Coast Thoroughbred Disclaimers

Free horses are to remain in their placement home for a minimum of 6 month. The horse can be returned to NCTB at any point with no questions asked. No reimbursement will be made for any equine care provided.
You must provide any and all care associated with rehabbing and proper equine care including but not limited to vet, farrier, daily feed, hay, etc.
If you need to rehome the horse after the 6-month time frame, NCTB gets first right of refusal.
Horses may be returned at any time, however, NCTB is not responsible for buying the horse back or any reimbursement for any care referenced under #2.

Deposits are to secure a horse and are non-refundable.
If you back out of the sale you forfeit your deposit.
Once a deposit is made you are responsible for a $30 per day boarding charge. This charge includes daily cleaning, hay, grain, and turnout if applicable.
The $30 per day charge does not include any additional expenses; including but not limited to vet, farrier, or any emergency fees.
Boarding fees are to be paid in full 24 hours prior to the horse leaving.
Once a deposit is made the horse is the buyer's responsibility, including any accident, injury, or death.

Horses are sold AS-IS - unless a PPE is performed at buyers' expense - once the horse leaves the track or the farm there is no guarantees.
We do our best to accommodate buyers and help with shipping, however, NCTB is not responsible for finding transportation or if you want your horse sooner than quoted it is your responsibility to coordinate a ride.
Once a horse is paid for it is your responsibility for all proper equine care.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Each horse is a new deposit.
North Coast Thoroughbreds is mainly a consignor for owners/trainers. Most of these horses we do not own, unless otherwise staed in the ad.

Listed horses are sold from West Middlesex, OH, Thistle Downs (Cleveland, OH), Mahoning (Youngstown, OH), or Mountaineer (New Cumberland, WV)
Shipping is available on all horses.
Hauling quotes are quotes and are subject to change depending on specific location.
We do our best to accommodate buyers and help with shipping, however, NCTB is not responsible for finding transportation or if you want your horse sooner than quoted it is your responsibility to coordinate a ride.
Once a deposit is made a $30/day rate is immediately applied to cover their board, feed, hay, and proper general care.
